Stretch, Strengthen and Feel Alive

This fun and healing movement class will include a warm-up that teaches deep breathing, safe alignment, ways to strengthen and lengthen, and how to use your core and feet to jump higher. A section presenting basic dance positions and combinations will follow. each week. Then, an exuberant ending time will allow you to move in rhythmic patterns into space to catchy tunes and new sounds. 

Wear comfortable, loose clothing, and soft dance shoes, yoga socks, or bare feet. Join Pam to feel joy and be inspired.

No experience needed! Dance classes are taught by Pam Newton.
