Our Yoga Classes

Our yoga classes are relaxed and accessible to students of any level. Our instructors guide students through asanas that stress body awareness, often providing gentle adjustments to fit students’ individual needs. Our classes encourage students to learn to listen to their bodies, while improving flexibility and strength. We provide down-to-earth classes that are both accessible to beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Yoga classes are taught by our yoga instructors Maggie and Julie.

Yoga classes are open to students thirteen and over. We have several yoga classes:

Slow Flow Yoga with Maggie
Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm
A slow vinyasa style of yoga which is appropriate for all levels, particularly beginners. Most of the class is seated on the floor, and is designed to leave you feeling relaxed at the end of the day.

Sunday Slow Flow with Julie 
Sundays, 9-10am
Unwind your week with this grounding practice that balances strength and stretch, with just enough effort to enjoy the ease of a light restorative practice at the end of class. Expect a mix of breathwork, myofascial release, and meditations woven in. Class will explore different themes and practices each month, based on balancing seasonal changes.

$18 to drop in
$150 for a 10 class punch card, expires after 90 days
