Remember when you first started training? Remember how scary it was to train a group, let alone do something by yourself in front of anyone? But, through training and building your abilities, you developed confidence in yourself and courage to train in front of anyone. As your ability improves, so will your confidence and courage.
It is the same for anything we do, whether for work or for school. If you develop an ability (like speaking in front of people for a presentation) you will build your confidence and courage, thus removing hesitation, fear, and anxiety.
