Thai Yoga is a practice in which practitioners hold postures for an extended period, while an instructor or assistant offers hands-on assistance via deepening the stretch, or gentle massage. Assistance is optional and only to the student’s level of comfort and flexibility - the class is more gentle than strenuous.
During the class, Amanda Farr will be offering sound healing using crystal singing bowls.
Ages 12 and older.
The class is beginner-friendly, but appropriate for all skill levels.
