Join Shifu Eliot’s Shigong Shifu Gregg Zilb of Authentic Shaolin Kung Fu for a workshop on Qigong and Tai Chi Sword.
This workshop is a continuation of last year’s seminar with Shifu Gregg. We will start by reviewing the Tai Chi sword form taught last year, as well as the first part of the 18 Luohan Qigong form. Then, Shifu Gregg will teach the next part of the 18 Luohan Qigong form.
