We’ll be joining our friends from Nan Bei Wu Kwan to celebrate the grand opening of their new location on Cape Cod. There will be lion dancing, Kung Fu and Tai Chi demonstrations, food, and friends!

There will be no Tai Chi or Kung Fu classes in Maynard. Yoga with Julie will run as scheduled.
