Saturday: 10:00AM-11:00AM

Evening Yoga
Monday: 6:30PM-7:30PM
Wednesday: 6:30PM-7:30PM

Our yoga classes are relaxed and accessible to students of any level. Our instructors guide students through asanas that stress body awareness, often providing gentle adjustments to fit students’ individual needs. Our classes encourage students to learn to listen to their bodies, while improving flexibility and strength.

We provide quality yoga instruction…without the attitude!

Yoga classes are taught by our yoga instructors Karen, Katina, and Karyn.

Yoga classes are open to students thirteen and over.
